Mean, Median, Mode, and Range
Mean- a measure of the middle of a data set found by adding all the numbers in a group, then dividing by the number of items in the group.
Median- the middle number of a data set when the numbers are arranged in increasing or decreasing order. If the middle falls between two numbers, the median is the average of the two middle numbers.
Mode- The number that occurs most often in a data set - if no number occurs more than once, there is no mode. If several numbers occur equally, there can be more than one mode.
Range- the variation in values of a data set found by subtracting the lowest value in the set from the highest value.
